This should help clarify what payment options are available to you and how to proceed.
When you have won an auction, you will receive a winning bid email for the item that you have won. Click “Pay Now” and it should take you to the information page where you will need to fill out your address, if you haven’t already done so. Make sure to check the box for “Billing Address The Same As Shipping Address”. Underneath that will be your payment options. If by chance your email does not take you to your address page, then go to MY ACCOUNTS, then to Auctions. There also should be a payment option. If you are having trouble, please feel free to contact me.
Click PayPal, PayPal Credit Card, or Visa Debit. The other option is to Pay Upon Pick Up (or similar wording) and from there you can choose Cash or E-Transfer. Either one of these five options will email you an invoice automatically, but an option has to be chosen in order to complete the transaction. NOTE: If you have bid on and have won multiple items, it will calculate all outstanding bids into one invoice so you don’t have to click multiple winning bid emails.
For those of you who wish to use E-Transfer, please use the following:

your starting bids are to high for what’s for auction.
Hi Sandra. Thank you for your feedback. When pricing starting bids, we have to factor in our cost. Believe me when I tell you our goal is to give the best deals we possibly can, and we price accordingly. If you research those items, you’ll see the starting price is about 1/3 of what it would cost you to buy new. A large majority of these items are New or Like New. Again, our cost, freight, and taxes all come into play. I hope this helps.
